Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends required, overtime as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
