Job Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage our order fulfillment process. As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment according to pick tickets and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
