Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately according to picking tickets and customer orders.
- Verify the quantity and condition of items before packaging to ensure zero errors.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
