Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality control, checking for damage or defects before packaging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all shipping and receiving tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and reduce wait times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
