As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to comply with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick lists and labels.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable (e.g., dock doors).
