Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
