Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely into boxes or containers to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and reconcile inventory counts.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and label packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (when certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
