Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a pick list.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
