Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using scanners and handheld devices.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate industrial pallet jacks or forklifts (certified training provided).
- Inspect products for quality control and report any damages immediately.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
