Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate labeling to minimize returns and errors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring stock is rotated and shelving is orderly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
