Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and sealing of all outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any order discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
