Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% quantum gate fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor quantum engineering teams through agile development methodologies
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals on quantum system optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or supercomputing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
- Prior experience with cryogenic quantum hardware design
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conferences
