Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
- Present breakthrough research at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature, Science)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
- Strong background in topological quantum error correction
