Responsibilities
- Efficient Operations: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers with speed and accuracy using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect machinery and tools before use and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of clutter to optimize workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to coordinate daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
