Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport temperature-sensitive products within the refrigerated facility.
- Monitor and record temperatures regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock rotation to prevent product spoilage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage racks.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are accurately completed and filed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly in cold environments.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage setting is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in extreme cold temperatures (below 32°F).
