Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately track inventory using digital systems with remote data entry capabilities
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Collaborate with logistics teams via digital platforms for coordinated material transfers
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with remote access
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
