Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on digital manifests and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition before packaging.
- Utilize handheld scanners and computers to update inventory status in real-time.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are sealed securely for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or shipping errors promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding remote operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners/computers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with no conflicts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote tasks.
