Responsibilities
- Monitor and update inventory management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
- Communicate discrepancies between digital logs and physical stock to warehouse supervisors.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of shipping and inventory data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Proven experience with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Current valid driver's license (for occasional verification checks).
