Job Description
We are on a mission to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. Nexus Horizon Systems is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our breakthrough research into autonomous agents and next-generation generative models.
In this role, you won't just implement existing models; you will architect the infrastructure for the future. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and efficient systems that push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
If you are passionate about the trajectory of artificial intelligence and want to build the tools that will power the world in 2026, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI pipelines, focusing on reasoning, planning, and autonomous agent behaviors.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Design robust MLOps infrastructure to support experimentation and production deployment at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating emerging architectures like Mamba, Vision Transformers, and hybrid models.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and alignment in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and RAG architectures.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization and hardware acceleration (CUDA, TensorRT).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
