Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize algorithms for high performance on distributed computing clusters.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI division.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and integrate new methodologies into our workflows.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, NLP architectures, and transformer models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering impactful AI products.
