Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough AI solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and edge computing.
- Establish best practices for model governance, ethical AI usage, and data security protocols.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Prototype and validate new AI architectures to de-risk development before full-scale production.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in the Generative AI space.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience navigating the ethical and regulatory challenges of AI deployment.
