- Lead the architectural design for high-scale, high-availability systems ensuring resilience and performance.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging tech stacks to align with long-term business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business strategies into technical blueprints.
- Oversee security protocols and data governance frameworks for future-proof compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Familiarity with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for systems programming languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
