Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement efficient inventory control systems to maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate daily receiving, putaway, and shipping operations
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular OSHA compliance audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift certification programs
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with lean methodologies and KPI tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
