Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse operations
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-docking activities for major retail partners
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reporting
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and safety protocols
- Mentor junior operators on equipment handling best practices
- Optimize loading/unloading processes for 53' trailers
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (mandatory)
- 3+ years of industrial forklift experience
- Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in varied temperatures
- Clean driving record and valid NJ driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT certification a plus)
