Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move materials with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock handling
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate cross-functional warehouse operations
- Train junior operators on equipment usage
- Optimize loading/unloading procedures for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- 3+ years warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient in WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
