Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety documentation
- Coordinate with team for efficient dock scheduling and load optimization
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 2+ years experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and WMS systems
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
