Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage freight in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management software (WMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep storage aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with speed and precision.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and safety checks.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
