Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during loading/unloading operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Train junior operators on safe equipment handling
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator (valid certification required)
- 3+ years of warehouse equipment operation experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
