Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across 15+ industries
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop predictive models for market disruption using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Present strategic recommendations directly to the C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage cross-functional teams of 20+ specialists in AI ethics, quantum physics, and behavioral economics
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 CEOs and policymakers
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and NASA JPL
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field from top-tier institution
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of $100M+ impact initiatives
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, and machine learning for predictive modeling
- Track record of successfully commercializing futuristic concepts
- Security clearance for government collaborative projects preferred
