Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to forecast industry transformations through 2030
- Develop scenario-based models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-engineering, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in emerging markets
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Present findings to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term adaptation strategies
