- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build proprietary trend databases using AI-driven analytics
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work implications
- Mentor junior futurists on forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Strong proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
