Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications through horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Present executive-level trend briefings to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Oversee the implementation of future-proofing initiatives across R&D and product divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight research, strategic innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive innovation models
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal detection)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Fluency in English with exceptional written/verbal communication skills
