Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct high-impact scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present executive insights at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-leading products

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with Delphi methodology, trend impact analysis, and cross-industry modeling
