Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market scenarios
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Integrate futures thinking into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurism
- Proven experience developing long-term scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
