Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture disruptive innovations
- Present future trend analyses to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Design and implement agile adaptation protocols for rapid market evolution response
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in translating future scenarios into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience across global audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Mastery of strategic foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, and weak signal detection
