Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Produce trend reports and white papers on societal shifts and workforce evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into innovation pipelines
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at future-focused conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping initiatives
