Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile inventory counts across 3 warehouse locations
- Operate RF scanning systems and WMS software for real-time tracking
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Train junior staff on inventory control procedures
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP system
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory control experience in distribution/logistics
- Proficient in RF scanners and WMS platforms (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
