Responsibilities
- Accurately track and reconcile inventory using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Conduct physical cycle counts and coordinate annual audits
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO inventory control procedures
- Train junior staff on inventory protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehousing/logistics
- Proficiency in Excel and WMS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
