Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Implement lean inventory management systems to optimize space utilization
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse staff through performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate with transportation partners for seamless freight logistics
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
