Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and inventory flow
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Train junior staff on inventory management protocols and best practices
- Lead quarterly inventory audits and prepare executive-level reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in distribution/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data visualization)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to 99.9% accuracy
