Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage real-time inventory tracking across 3 fulfillment centers
- Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory rotation protocols to minimize obsolescence
- Generate weekly inventory reports with actionable insights for procurement teams
- Train staff on barcode scanning protocols and inventory software
- Coordinate with logistics team to resolve stock-out situations
- Perform quarterly audits with 99.5% accuracy requirement
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% tolerance)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
