Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials across 50,000 sq ft warehouse
- Execute inventory control procedures with 99.9% accuracy using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional material flow between receiving, production, and shipping departments
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards for hazardous material handling protocols
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Generate daily activity reports and inventory discrepancy documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in high-volume material handling environments
- OSHA forklift certification and hazardous materials handling credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and operate heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean MVR record
- Experience in temperature-controlled warehouse environments preferred
