Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain advanced material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems
- Execute precise inventory management protocols with real-time tracking using WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities to optimize warehouse workflow and meet tight deadlines
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Lead safety compliance initiatives and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices and equipment operation
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume warehousing or distribution centers
- OSHA-certified forklift operator with advanced equipment certifications
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and process optimization
- Valid Washington state driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
