- Oversee 15+ person team including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean methodologies
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations with 95%+ accuracy targets
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and RFID systems
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics team on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environments
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven experience leading KPI-driven teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
