Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain optimal workflow
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials per ISO standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas exceeding OSHA safety requirements
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
