Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Project 2026, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and performant.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership to secure buy-in.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centric design.
- Experience with design systems and component-based architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
