- Manage customs documentation and compliance for international shipments
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Liaise with warehouse teams for inventory allocation and order staging
- Resolve shipping discrepancies through proactive communication with stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate shipment records in TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or equivalent compliance training
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping KPIs
- Excellent negotiation skills with carriers and vendors
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
