Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling and assigning daily tasks
- Implement lean inventory control systems to reduce waste by 20%
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance through safety audits and training
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
