Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routes and negotiate freight rates to reduce costs
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory allocation
- Implement continuous improvements in shipping workflows
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Descartes)
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP/CLTD) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and import/export regulations
