Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in WMS systems
- Generate BOLs, customs forms, and compliance documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies with carriers and clients
- Optimize routes to reduce transit costs and delays
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on order fulfillment
- Track KPIs: on-time delivery rates, cost per shipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Spanish language skills a major plus
